Sanghmitra Yadav is a Doctor of Naturopathy, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapist. She uses ancient Yoga, deep breathing, meditation and cleansing techniques for curing disease. Such as Stress Management, cervical spondylosis, Asthma, Arthritis, Diabetes, Hypertension, Back pain, Coronary artery disease, Pregnancy, Children development, Fitness and Rehabilitation. This is the ancient system of exercises, which developed in India five thousand years ago. Sanghmitra Yadav wants to bring the awareness to people of this busy life that yoga is not just a physical fitness but by doing yoga one can cure many diseases. It must be aware that not all yoga is suitable for every “Body” and everyone. Yoga can bring many benefits to our body but if it is done wrongly or to the wrong “Body” than it can also be harmful. There for Sanghmitra Yadav wants to introduce yoga in the right way to cure people because Yoga offers systematic methods for increasing physical, mental and well-being. Through the training of body, breath and mind, one can gradually attain higher levels of self-knowledge and wisdom, as well as enjoying a healthy body and a calm and clear mind.

Sanghmitra Yadav is certified Yoga Instructor and has spent time in India practicing and teaching Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and Cleansing techniques. Her journey of yoga started with the Satyananda tradision of yoga.....but yet she continued her path and experienced many other traditions as the Vivekananda traditions, Arvindo tradition and Moraji Desai tradition and, Iyenger, Astanga many other and combined all the tradition into one transformational yoga which she calls it Arogya Yoga. Sanghmitra Yadav is certified in the 500 hours Teacher's training at Yoga Alliance International as well as Yoga Instructors' Course at Vivekananada Yoga University,Benaluru. She has spend four month in Bihar School of Yoga the 1st yoga school in India and taken Certificate Course In Yoga and Promotion Of Health from Morarji Desai National Institute Of Yoga (An Autonomous Organization Under the Dept. Of Ayush, Ministry Of Health, Govt. Of India)

Her command on English, Indonesian and Hindi makes her easy to communicate with all her student in Indonesia and India.
